This blog shares my reflections on human psychology and my ongoing journey to live with greater balance between reason and emotion. Over time, I’ve learned that understanding the human mind is not just about knowing how we think, but about recognizing how our thoughts shape the way we experience life. Stoicism has taught me the strength of calmness, staying composed amid uncertainty, to focus on what I can truly control, and to view challenges with clarity rather than react through emotion. Adlerian Psychology, on the other hand, has shown me that growth begins when we shift our attention outward, when we overcome feelings of inferiority and find meaning through connection, empathy, and contribution to others. Together, these two philosophies have transformed how I see myself and the world around me, reminding me that fulfillment comes not from control or perfection, but from purpose, resilience, and kindness. This is the spirit I hope to carry through every thought, story, and reflection shared in this blog.
